Kelham Productions (“we”, “us”) runs kelham.productions. This policy explains what personal data we collect on this website and how we use it.

What this site does:

This site shows our work and lets you send an enquiry. It does not have accounts, payments, or a mailing-list signup.

What we collect:

When you use the contact form (including “Contact the team” on the homepage), we collect:

• name

• email address

• phone number

• your message

We also receive a copy of that enquiry in our inbox, and FormSubmit sends you a copy of what you submitted. When you browse the site, our host and any embedded players may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed. We do not run a separate marketing pixel or analytics tool on the site ourselves. We do not ask for payment details on this website.

Why we use it:

We use this information to:

• reply to your enquiry and talk about a possible project

• keep a record of conversations about work

• run, secure, and fix the website

The legal bases we rely on are legitimate interests (running a production company website and answering enquiries) and, where needed, steps before entering a contract if you ask us to quote or book a job.

Who we share it with:

We do not sell your data.

We use these providers to run the site:

• FormSubmit — delivers contact-form messages to info@kelham.productions and CCs the email address you entered. See formsubmit.co/privacy-policy.

• Framer — hosts this website. See framer.com/legal/privacy-statement.

• Vimeo — plays some project and behind-the-scenes video. If you press play, Vimeo may collect data under its own policy: vimeo.com/privacy.

• Pixieset — hosts client photo galleries (including gallery.kelham.productions). If you open a gallery, Pixieset may collect data under its policy: pixieset.com/privacy.

If we hire lawyers, accountants, or other advisers, they may see enquiry details where that is necessary for their work. If we later use a production contract or invoice, that sits outside this website and will be handled in that paperwork.

Cookies and embeds

This site is hosted on Framer, which may set cookies needed to deliver the pages.
We do not set our own advertising cookies.
If you watch an embedded Vimeo video or open a Pixieset gallery, those services may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; some embeds may then not work fully.

How long we keep it:

Enquiry emails (name, email, phone, message) are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your request, and then for up to 24 months, unless we still need them for a live job, a contract, or a legal claim. Technical logs are kept only as long as the host keeps them for security and operations.

Your rights:

If you are in the UK (or the EU), you can ask us to:

• access the personal data we hold about you

• correct it

• delete it

• restrict or object to how we use it

• receive a copy in a portable form, where that applies

Children:

This site is aimed at adult clients and collaborators, not at children.

International transfers:

Some of the providers above may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they are responsible for protecting it under their own terms and any safeguards they use.
