The project focused on showcasing the area’s independent retailers, co-working spaces, and F&B venues, capturing the lived experience of the neighbourhood through local talent. Delivered within a tightly managed one-day shoot, the film became a key part of Buy Association Group’s marketing campaign, supporting the successful sale of all developed properties and leading to further commissions across developments nationwide.
