The project focused on educating customers on typical issues, guiding them through processes and solutions to improve understanding and reduce pressure on customer support. Shot in a single day at Whirlpool HQ, the films combine clear dialogue with considered lighting and creative product shots, delivering practical content now live on Hotpoint’s YouTube channel.
